(LA ROMANA, Dominican Republic) - Casa de Campo Resort & Villas - home to the Caribbean's premier, luxury golf experiences, including its iconic Teeth of the Dog ranked No. 20 in Golf Digest's "Top 100 Courses in the World" - announces an array of first-rate summer stay-and-play packages ideal for golf and family getaways.
From June 22 through Sept. 30, the "Unlimited Golf Package in Rooms" package starts at $899 (per room, per night). Resort guests can tee it up to their heart's content on two renowned Pete Dye-designed gems: Dye Fore (27 holes) and The Links (18). Play on the legendary Teeth of the Dog has a preferred rate of $199 per round (plus taxes). All golf rounds are based on availability and include play on arrival and departure days.
The offer also includes deluxe accommodations in the resort's recently renovated guest rooms, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, use of a four-passenger golf cart to internal travel throughout the 7,000-acre gated property, unlimited horseback riding, use of the property's tennis courts, one round at the 245-acre Shooting Club, non-motorized water sports, family program activities and use of the resort's fitness center.
Casa de Campo is additionally offering its "Unlimited Golf Package in Villa" stay-and-play offer starting from $3,319 (per villa, per night). The package allows groups and families the opportunity to enjoy a "world of their own" in a four- to five-bedroom luxury villa with one daily round of golf (per person) on Dye Fore and The Links. Breakfast for the group is prepared right in the villa each morning along with daily housekeeping and dedicated concierge services.
During the same timeframe, Casa de Campo is also offering a "family-friendly" opportunity for two kids or young adults (ages 17 and younger) to play golf for free when accompanied on the same rounds with their parents during resort visits. Please note, Teeth of the Dog will be closed for its annual summer maintenance from June 26 - July 30.
"With the plethora of activities, dining options, beaches and much more, the Casa de Campo experience truly has no rival," says Jason Kycek, senior vice-president of sales and marketing. "Additionally, our exceptional resort has gotten even better with the recent addition of our new world-class spa featuring an array of soothing health and wellness services."
The Spa at Casa de Campo opened in May 2023 and is the Dominican Republic's premier wellness destination. Featuring over 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor facilities, the spa will provide a unique blend of prestige spa services, wellness experiences, and cutting-edge technology. Teeth of the Dog has long been a "bucket list" layout for those seeking to play one of the top 50 golf courses in the world. Dye's design hallmarks are all present: railroad ties, vast waste areas, peninsula greens and tees, hand-sculpted putting surfaces and a unique assortment of pot bunkers. "The Heaven 7" oceanfront holes are astoundingly beautiful, causing Dye to famously quip: "I created 11 holes and God created seven."
The resort's world-class Golf Learning Center is a "must visit" when on property. Highlighted by Trackman and BODITRAK technology, it features two indoor hitting bays for rapid game improvement, year-round training, individual and group golf lessons and schools, and expert club-fitting and repair. Residing on 21 acres of "pure grass," the PGA Tour-quality facility also showcases practice greens for honing putting, chipping and pitching skills as well as unlimited use of the pristine outdoor range for full shots. On-course instruction is also available.

About: Brian Weis
Brian Weis is the mastermind behind GolfTrips.com, a vast network of golf travel and directory sites covering everything from the rolling fairways of Wisconsin to the sunbaked desert layouts of Arizona. If there’s a golf destination worth visiting, chances are, Brian has written about it, played it, or at the very least, found a way to justify a "business trip" there.
As a card-carrying member of the Golf Writers Association of America (GWAA), International Network of Golf (ING), Golf Travel Writers of America (GTWA), International Golf Travel Writers Association (IGTWA), and The Society of Hickory Golfers (SoHG), Brian has the credentials to prove that talking about golf is his full-time job. In 2016, his peers even handed him The Shaheen Cup, a prestigious award in golf travel writing—essentially the Masters green jacket for guys who don’t hit the range but still know where the best 19th holes are.
Brian’s love for golf goes way back. As a kid, he competed in junior and high school golf, only to realize that his dreams of a college golf scholarship had about the same odds as a 30-handicap making a hole-in-one. Instead, he took the more practical route—working on the West Bend Country Club grounds crew to fund his University of Wisconsin education. Little did he know that mowing greens and fixing divots would one day lead to a career writing about the best courses on the planet.
In 2004, Brian turned his golf passion into a business, launching GolfWisconsin.com. Three years later, he expanded his vision, and GolfTrips.com was born—a one-stop shop for golf travel junkies looking for their next tee time. Today, his empire spans all 50 states, and 20+ international destinations.
On the course, Brian is a weekend warrior who oscillates between a 5 and 9 handicap, depending on how much he's been traveling (or how generous he’s feeling with his scorecard). His signature move" A high, soft fade that his playing partners affectionately (or not-so-affectionately) call "The Weis Slice." But when he catches one clean, his 300+ yard drives remind everyone that while he may write about golf for a living, he can still send a ball into the next zip code with the best of them.
Whether he’s hunting down the best public courses, digging up hidden gems, or simply outdriving his buddies, Brian Weis is living proof that golf is more than a game—it’s a way of life.
